1. Scope of Services

New Morrow Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides merchant services powered by PaybotX, including:

• Payment processing setup and support

• POS system integration and optimization

• QR code and mobile payment enablement

• Ongoing consultative support services tailored to small businesses operating in Colorado and surrounding regions.

 

2. Merchant Eligibility

To enroll in our merchant services, you must:

• Be a registered business entity in the United States

• Be authorized to enter into service agreements

• Provide accurate business and banking information for underwriting and onboarding

We reserve the right to decline service based on underwriting criteria or risk assessment.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Merchant service fees may include:

• Monthly service charges

• Transaction processing fees

• Equipment or setup costs (if applicable)

All fees will be disclosed prior to onboarding. Payment terms are outlined in your merchant agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Equipment and Software

Any POS hardware, software, or QR code tools provided remain the property of New Morrow Solutions or PaybotX unless purchased outright. Merchants are responsible for proper use, maintenance, and return (if applicable).

5. Data Security and Compliance

We adhere to industry standards for data protection, including PCI compliance. Merchants are responsible for maintaining secure practices within their own operations. We do not store cardholder data.

6. Service Commitments

We commit to:

• Transparent onboarding and training

• Responsive support for payment issues

• Regular updates on new tools and features

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for third-party outages or disruptions.

7. Termination

You may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate services for non-payment, fraud, or breach of agreement. Upon termination, all equipment must be returned and outstanding fees paid.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

New Morrow Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 60 days.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in El Paso County courts.

 

10. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
